We are an independent company that provides Expert Medical Reports to Solicitors and Barristers in the UK and Ireland. We specialise in Medical Negligence cases.
Medical Case Notes Assessment Limited has been established since 2003 and our team has over 20 years’ worth of experience in the field of medical negligence.
We provide:
- Suggestions regarding the most appropriate expert witness for the case
- Suggestions on the medical case notes and other documentation provided
- A no-obligation quotation for the cost of the report
- An expected time-scale for the report
Each case we receive is dealt with by our team of dedicated Case Managers to ensure continuity and to enable us to develop an excellent working relationship with our customers.
Our dedicated Case Managers will consider the documentation that you send to us, for review by the Expert Witness. We will advise you on documentation received or that may be missing or that will likely be required for the report. You are therefore guaranteed that any of our Case Managers will be able to access the details of the case, and can assist you at any stage of the report process.
As we provide the Report on your behalf we will correspond with the Expert Witness preparing the Report and make any arrangements where an examination is needed. We understand that medical negligence claims are time sensitive and can be challenging to deal with, but we’re here to assist you.
We make sure all cases are managed confidentially, professionally and accurately. We adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies, and when sending documentation we always use a secure mail service.
As an environmental step, our office runs on a paperless basis, and we will be happy to discuss how you can support us with this endeavour. We are pleased to be able to offer you access to a secure and confidential client portal to facilitate the upload and sharing of your documentation.
We also aim to respond to all communications within two working days of receipt.
